1. General 

1.1. The terms of Use regulate the relationship between the Website and the user. Define the rights and duties of Partners and User.

1.2. The Website forter.ge provides a platform (hereinafter “Website”/ “Site”) through which users/visitors can locate private drivers (hereinafter “Partners”) in Georgia and buy their services on the website. While on the website, users are required to read its terms of use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) before buying any service from a partner listed on the website.

1.3. To the extent that a User is not aware of his or her obligations under the Terms of Use, he or she will still be bound by them.

2. Website

2.1. While purchasing services from a partner listed on the website, users are deemed to have entered into an agreement with the partner and confirmed by them via electronic means, based on which the partner provides the services and the User receives it. 

2.2. The Website is not a party to the aforementioned service agreement and therefore it has no contractual obligations to the User after the acquisition of the service by the User.

2.3. The Website makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information published on the Website.

3. Payments 

3.1. The User is entitled to pay the cost of selected services to the partner on the spot, in the national currency Lari (according to current regulations), after being provided with those services or on the website, with a bank card.;

3.2. In the event that service details are changed or canceled, the user is not required to pay additional fees or penalties;

4. Disputes and Feedback

4.1. The Website does not guarantee the quality of services provided by partner and shall not be responsible for any damages caused by non-provision or improper provision of the services by partners;

4.2. The Website is not obligated to arbitrate disputes with partners, but it may assist users in doing so.

4.3. In other non driver related situations, the user may contact Website operators for help. 

4.4. In case of the discontent with the provided service, the user is entitled to write a negative feedback, which will be published on the website after the moderation.

5. Law and Jurisdiction

5.1. Terms of Use govern your relationship with us. Any legal matters arising from or related to those Terms and Conditions will be governed exclusively by Georgian Jurisdiction
